Waiver

If you are under 18 Years Old, you MUST have a Waiver signed
by a parent or guardian BEFORE you play.

If your parent or guardian is not going to be with you at the park, you must obtain a waiver and have it signed BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. Minors will NOT be allowed to play without a signed waiver under any circumstances. No exceptions.

There are 3 Ways to get a Waiver:

1. Print It. Note: Don't try printing until the ENTIRE waiver page is visible.

If you're unable to see the waiver, you can download Acrobat Reader for FREE.

2. If you have access to a fax machine, you may request that waiver be faxed to you. Request by email or phone (262-694-1540 or 262-862-7219).

3. As a last resort, you can email or call us (262-694-1540 or 262-862-7219) to request that we send you a waiver via "Snail Mail" (USPS).
